In view of the low indoor temperature and unsatisfactory thermal comfort in the residential buildings in Yangtze River basin, a heating system composed of air-source heat pump and radiant floor is installed in an existing residence in Hefei. The test results show that when hot water with temperature of 35℃ is adopted, the radiant floor heating could provide a comfortable thermal environment with indoor air temperature of 16 to 18℃ and uniform in the vertical direction. On the basis of this case, compares the air-supply terminal and radiant floor in indoor thermal comfort and heating capacity, and analyses the feasibility of air-source heat pump as heat source of decentralized heating for residential buildings in Yangtze River basin.
